– There was a technical error on BlowLin’s end that prevented the use of paid features, and the issue could not be resolved within 7 business days.

2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
– Change of mind after purchasing a premium plan.
– Failure to use the service or features within the subscription period.
– Issues arising from user negligence, such as providing incorrect credentials or misuse of the platform.

3. Refund Process

– Provide proof of payment and a detailed explanation of the issue you encountered.
– Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the payment method is no longer valid, alternative arrangements may be discussed with the support team.

5. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not qualify for a refund for the unused portion of the subscription period unless it meets the criteria outlined in the refund eligibility section.
